Rts Bookstore currently ships orders within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders.
We do not charge a separate standard shipping fee for orders shipped within our current service area.
3. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and handled Monday through Friday within 2–3 business days.
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM.
Orders placed after the cutoff time may begin processing on the next applicable business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or applicable holidays.
4. Transit Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, standard transit time is generally:
1–2 business days
Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Estimated Delivery
The estimated total delivery time for standard orders is:
3–5 business days
This estimate combines the typical 2–3 business day handling time with the estimated 1–2 business day transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Order Cutoff Time
Our standard order cutoff time is:

Orders received after the cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.
7. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at mail.rts.bookstore@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.
8. Shipping Delays
Although we work to process orders within our stated handling time, delivery may occasionally take longer than estimated.
Possible causes of delay include:

10. Returns and Shipping
Rts Bookstore offers a 30-day return policy for defective and non-defective products.
Returns may be completed by mail or in store. A return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the applicable return has been received and processed.
